Location Villepinte, FR Job ID REQ-053660The HR Manager France as a sparring partner is guiding and coaching business leaders and managers in France in the development of solutions and concepts in response to current and potentially upcoming future challenges of their people agenda.
What will you do
- Business Partner: Work closely with business leaders to craft solutions that address today’s challenges and anticipate tomorrow’s.
- Talent Advocate: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to drive efficient people selection and recruitment program that is aligned to business needs and organizational growth, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent.
- Compensation Strategist: Develop and implement competitive compensation structures that are internally equitable and externally competitive to attract, motivate and retain talents , in partnership with the Total Reward team.
- People Developer: Identify and facilitate development programs that boost individual, team, and organizational performance.
- Initiate and organize activities to promote employee wellbeing.
- Employee Relations Expert: Effectively resolve employee relations issues within all legal and compliance guidelines and statutes, as well as AES Leadership Values
- Build strong relationships with works councils and unions, and lead negotiations to ensure harmony and compliance.
- Devise, implement and administer appropriate human resources policies and procedures and ensure that practices are in full compliance with the local legislation, regulations, and provisions
- Strategic Planner: Establish and implement the HR roadmap for France, aligning it with broader regional and global strategies. Together with the HR Enablement Team deliver on the foundational HR activities and keep our various offices compliant with their respective legal environment
Work experience required
- Minimum 5 years HR Business Partnership experience in an international matrix setting
- Solid experience in building and continuously developing social partner relationships as well as owning the works council negotiation agenda in France
- Experience in partnering with Sales and Service functions seen as beneficial
- Experience in overseeing payroll processes and implementation of profit sharing plans in France
