Responsibilities

·Manage order fulfilment and timely shipment delivery to customers.

·Facilitates and coordinates Returned Material Authorization (RMA) as necessary.

·Ensures complete and accurate documentation of customer requirements.  

·Ensure customer excellence and collaborative support.

·Ensure proper documentation and all order management processes according to corporate policies.

·Handling purchase of local item from the 3rd party vendor for Large pack and service order

·Support to buy the item from 3rd party vendor in Japan and ship to PKI SG to fulfill SGS2 stock.

·Coordinate shipping between various manufacturing sites, warehousing and third-party suppliers.

·Communicating with 3rd party vendor to get the replacement unit if there is any defective

·Follow up with logistic to arrange shipment.

·Safety stock setup for JPS1 plant

·Handling Demo order

·Ensure timely reporting of orders, inventory, and backlog.

·Create weekly and monthly reports as requested.

·Participate in special projects and key initiatives identified from time to time.

·Other ad hoc tasks/projects assigned by the manager.

·Identify and respond efficiently to customer enquiries.
