Responsibilities

Responsible for selling the company’s services (e.g., maintenance and service contracts); primary responsibility may include finding and generating new customers. Develops new accounts and/or expands existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry, product segment, or channel.
Key Accountabilities
Responsible for orders and revenue growth of CES service contract in Singapore.
Responsible for account and channel management, identification of new targeted accounts, and improvement of overall market share and profitability.
Account planning and data analysis so as to recover lost orders and contribute to growth in both service contract and consumables revenue.
Act as the primary sales and account management professional and maintain close relationship with customers and dealers.
Develop and maintain accounts/prospect records.
Source, analyze and report competitors’ information and product strategy.
Follow up and track accounts receivables.
Ability to transfer product knowledge to other sales & service colleagues
Billable PM service, service consumables and core service relocation services quotations.
Coordinate with customer care for PM job schedule.
Work with 3rd party vendor for supporting equipment repair or calibration.
Requirements
Degree/Diploma holders in chemistry/ Chemical Engineering/Life Science or equivalent discipline
At least 3-5 years of service sales experience in related industry
Good inter-personal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Team player with assertive and result oriented personality with drive and high energy.
Customer service oriented.
Strong and confident decision maker who is capable and has the experience to make tough decision when required for a sales and service organization.
Capable of building a strong link between the company and awareness of needs of customers
Understand need and consider external customers and/or internal clients in decisions and actions.
