Responsibilities

- Responsible for orders and revenue growth of Chromatography products in Singapore.
- Develop and maintain good business partnership with all customers
- Network actively with the scientific community to understand the current and future market trends
- Perform any other job duty as assigned by the manager
Pre-sales (70%)
- Build funnels via account planning, mapping and data analysis to provide accurate forecast and sales strategy.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategy
- Work with other sales members to ensure offerings of total solutions and presenting to new and existing customers.
- Understand market trends and competitive situation
- Faithful in updating sales opportunity records in CRM/Salesforce.com
Post sales (30%)
- Conduct training and responsible for collateral development, joint customer visits and regular communication.
- Conduct after-sales activities by providing technical and software training, method set-up and responding to customers’ queries
