Responsibilities:

• Works as the technical expert in the Mechanical, Electronics, and application domains of UV/Vis spectrometer, is responsible for system architecture, technical solutions, and product specifications, leads standardization, optimization, and popularizes design practice.作为紫外可见分光光度计的机械、电子和应用领域的技术专家，负责系统架构、技术解决方案和产品规格，领导标准化、优化和推广设计实践。
• Leads key NPD (new product development) project plan/execution in system architecture strategy, engineering proposal as well as mechanical design, electronics design, development, verification, and validation to ensure system-level functionality, performance, safety, and quality in line with the company standard and process.领导关键新产品开发项目计划/执行，包括系统架构策略，工程方案，机械设计，电子设计，开发，验证，确认，以确保系统级功能，性能，安全和质量符合公司标准和流程。
• Leads the existing UV/Vis, AA or ICP product line sustaining and troubleshooting, driving high-priority issues to resolution, including long-term corrective and preventive action plans. • Response for collecting VOC (voice of customer) and defining next-generation product architecture with the engineering team, product manager, sales, and marketing team.与工程团队，产品经理，销售和市场团队一起收集VOC(客户的声音)并定义下一代产品架构。
• Promotes an environment of learning, organizes technical training, addresses and fills technical gaps, and helps to build up a technical pipeline.营造学习环境，组织技术培训，解决和填补技术空白，帮助建立技术管道。
• Be able to work with internal multidisciplinary teams, Cross-function interface to manufacturing, sourcing, operations, quality, service, and global R&D team, as well as the external interface to suppliers, vendors, and customers.能够与内部多学科团队合作，与制造，采购，运营，质量，服务和全球研发团队的跨职能接口，以及与供应商，供应商和客户的外部接口。

Requirements:

• Recognized BS (ME or EE) with a minimum of 10 years, or MS (ME or EE) with a minimum of 8 years of related experience in industry instruments, or medical devices.正规院校学士学位(ME或EE)至少10年，或者硕士学位(ME或EE)至少8年的工业仪器或医疗器械相关经验。
• Demonstrated expertise in applying DFx (manufacturability, assembly, serviceability, safety, cost) knowledge to system designs, and sub-domain design in mechanical, electronics, software/firmware.具有将DFx (可制造性，装配性，可维护性，安全性，成本)知识应用于系统设计和机械，电子，软件/固件的子领域设计的专业知识。
• Demonstrated ability to drive solid engineering solutions to complex problems using best-in-class tools, deep understanding of RCA, Design of Experiment (DOE), and FMEA, etc.运用一流的工具为复杂问题提供可靠的工程解决方案的能力，对RCA，实验设计(DOE)和FMEA等有深刻的理解。
