Description:

  • Drive the geographic strategy for all commercial sites in APAC, including but not limited to China, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Korea, Thailand, etc., supporting cost effective and value-driven lease management
  • Deliver high level of services for facilities operations & fleet managment, maintenance, repairs, renovations and all the related office services, establishing virtual and on demand support mechanisms
  • Support AOP investment and cost control initiatives, managing expenditure accordingly
  • Plan for the necessary projects to support business priority, including business case analysis, obtain approvals, and implementation of project management to make sure the project complete as expected within budget with high quality
  • Establish and manage site performance and asset management up and improve the related process and SOP
  • Compile market data, forecast, budget, and other analysis to support investment, Look the opportunity to improve the service and reduce the cost
  • Engage the Communication with country leaders of each business unit regularly and make sure sufficient support for each site
  • Be responsible for the inventory management / assist with implementation of asset strategy for all commercial sites
  • Manage the facility operation in APAC, and make sure all facilities in APAC are in sound, safety and comfortable environment
  • Train the team to be efficient and reliable
  • Manage the insurance for all the offices in APAC region
  • T&E spending management of the region, monitor and analysis for continuous improvement.
  • Work with Global EHS and GBL for ESG project initiatives and implementation in the region.

Job Requirements:

•    Bachelor degree or above, with the major in M&E preferred
•    8 or above years’ experience in related position in multi-national companies. Healthcare, Medical Devices or pharmaceutical industries working background preferred
•    Self-motivated and good team player, able to work both independently and in a team-based environment, supportive and willing to share
•    Fluently use office software and tool, excellent writing, and good data analysis skill
•    Excellent communication, coordination, schedule management capability, accountable with service attitude
•    Active proactive & positive 
•    Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
•    Good interpersonal skills and result-oriented, proficiency in written and oral English
•    Strong knowledge of Facilities Management (Space Planning, Lease, Project Management, asset management). 
•    Strong knowledge of EH&S procedures, regulatory laws and regulations 
•    Strong ability to negotiate for better contract terms and conditions. 
•    Be familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, etc.
