Responsibilities
Location Shanghai, ShanghaiCN Job ID REQ-053360Job Description:
- Daily processing of customer payments and AR entries
- Investigation of all payment discrepancies, including short pays, overpays, unknown payments and misapplied payments
- Open and sort through daily accounts receivables mail and distribute accordingly as needed,
- Verify credit memos and obtain the approval per signature authority
- Assist in Accounts Receivable end of month processes
- Update and maintain dispute reason codes in the system
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management team
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- 2 years’ experience in AR, Billing or Credit & Collection fields (Fresh graduates are also welcome)
- Language: Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese skills
- High degree of proficiency with Excel(i.e., vlookup, pivot table functions), Power Point
- Knowledge of SAP system is preferred
- Must be professional and ethical with high integrity
- Sense of urgency and an absolute commitment in achieving goals
- Be sensible and knowledge on managing various kinds of customers
- Open-minded, enthusiastic, possessing a can-do attitude and flexible. Able to work under pressure and drive for changes
