Responsibilities
Location Oss, NL Job ID REQ-053951On-site support for our customers regarding the installation, maintenance, repair and qualification of analytical devices, including but not limited to the field of chromatography (LC, GC, IC), and other Laboratory/Shopfloor devices.
Responsibilities:
Onsite Trouble Shooting and Repairs
Diagnose and resolve technical issues with equipment or systems on customer premises.
Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
Install and set up new equipment according to specifications. Execute repairs, replacements, or upgrades to hardware and software components.
Conduct thorough testing to ensure proper functionality.
Provide training to end-users on the operation and maintenance of the installed systems.
Customer Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and concerns.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Offer technical guidance and advice to optimize equipment performance.
Documentation
Maintain accurate records of service activities, including diagnostics, repairs, and installations.
Prepare detailed reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
Document customer communication and feedback for continuous improvement.
Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams, including Scientific Services, engineering, and customer support, to coordinate efforts and achieve customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Customer site functions to promote the OneSource culture across LAMP and EHS programs.
Remote Support
Provide remote assistance to other customer sites when on-site presence is not required.
Utilize various communication tools to troubleshoot issues and guide end-users through problem resolution.
Adherence to Safety and Quality Standards
Commercial (Identify highly qualified leads and opportunities in all business units. Close collaboration with sales)
Requirements:
Completion of training or studies in the field of chemistry, chemical engineering, analytical chemistry, technical or related professions
Min 5 years professional experience in technical customer service of software-based, analytical systems
Independent, structured, and efficient way of working
Organizational talent, commitment, and a high degree of customer orientation
Very good Dutch and good English, both spoken and written.
Good knowledge of the MS Office package
Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
