We are now looking for someone to support our customer based at a site near Lausanne. In addition, travelling required 10-20% to other sites in South West Switzerland.
Service engineer (m/f/d) for chromatography
The tasks
- On-site support for our customers regarding the installation, maintenance, repair and qualification of analytical devices in the field of chromatography (LC, GC)
- Advising the customer on software updates, device upgrades, qualifications and process optimization
- Documentation of customer service operations and fault patterns in the relevant systems
The profile
- Completion of training or studies in the field of chemistry, chemical engineering, analytical chemistry, technical or related professions
- Ideally first professional experience in technical customer service of software-based, analytical systems
- Independent, structured and efficient way of working
- Organizational talent, commitment and a high degree of customer orientation
- Very good knowledge of French and English, both spoken and written
- Good knowledge of the MS Office package
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel
