Responsibilities
Location New Delhi, DelhiIN Job ID REQ-054290Main Responsibilities:
Credit Control and Collection.
Daily credit block release (DCD) release without fails basis payment term and current outstanding status for North-2 Region. Follow up of India AR and Singapore AR for North-2 region over telephone/email/letters and persona visits. Follow up on EMD and BG outstanding collection for North-2 region. Weekly AR review calls with sales and service team to review critical /disputed AR and bringing it to the closure. Reconciliation of debtor’s accounts and following up with the respective stakeholder till the closure of case. Should have sound knowledge of GST & TDS provision & rules and regulations. Preparing overdue outstanding ageing report and circulating to the sales and service team on a weekly basis. Ensure to submit invoices to the customer on a weekly basis for your respective region. Ability to meet deadline and follow up on pending issues. Sharing statement of accounts with the customer on ad hoc basis. Should be able to handle internal Audit and Statutory audit by way of preparing schedules and resolving auditor’s query.
Accounting
Responsible for daily accounting of cash collection from South-1/South-2 region towards Account receivable. Accounting of income tax TDS and GST TDS on regular basis upon receipt of payment advice or basis form 26AS.
MIS & Reporting
Preparation of Monthly Collection of Receivable for Pan India. Consolidation of Collection forecast for Pan India. Circulation of actual collection VS forecast on a weekly basis. Circulation of final collection report at the end of the month.
