We are hiring a Salesforce/ServiceMax System Administrator who will be responsible for the ongoing support for ServiceMax users at PerkinElmer.

Successful candidate will work across the business to ensure successful performance and achieve committed milestones & outcomes. The technical underpinnings of ServiceMax will be your responsibility. Perform all tasks related to the day-to-day operations of a large implementation of ServiceMax including but not limited to managing users, handling bulk data migration.  They will be effective communicators who possess critical thinking, decision-making and problem solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with existing Service Max Support Team to ensure all project milestones are successfully met.

  • Ability to provide application and business process consulting, including training documentation, for implementation of ServiceMax application software.

  • Manage a fast-paced queue of support tickets, driving all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution.

  • Assist in the configuration and maintenance of sandbox environments to facilitate development and QA testing of new features and functionality.

  • Test  enhancements to “Salesforce” and “ServiceMax” custom objects, page layouts, workflows, alerts, reports and complex dashboards within “Salesforce.”

  • Must be able to “think on their feet” and demonstrate a strong ability and initiative to learn

Qualifications/Education/Technical Skills:

Must have:

  • Fluent English

  • Minimum 1 year of experience with SalesForce OR ServiceMax (configuring, implementing, reporting, testing and training). Experience handling all aspects of CRM & Field Service, case management and platform maintenance preferred.

  • Excellent  time management skills.

  • Excellent written/verbal communication  skills.

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks across various user groups.

  • Experience working in a matrixed, global and cross functional Service organizations.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in a Field Service Environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or Related Field.
