Responsibilities
Location Kraków, PL Job ID REQ-053947Work in coordination with Finance and FPA team to grant correct reporting of Enterprise business for the US entities!
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with business the review at month end of the various Enterprise account being sure the entries are posted according to US GAAP
- Review and prepare all entries related to Manage and Pass Through contracts
- Check and review the Service result with the Finance team being sure all entries are correctly allocated at contract level
- Reconcile all related accounts being sure all balances are supported by the proper documentation
- Be active part of the month end closing collaborating strictly with the US Accounting team and the European controller
- Streamline the process of service being sure that we are consistently and continuously improving the reporting of the Service business
Qualifications:
- University degree in a business-related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in accounting/finance, experience with full cycle general ledger accounting is an asset
- Knowledge of MS Office and financial systems required (SAP FI, Oracle)
- Experience of Excel to an advanced level
- Fluent English language required

- Experience within a Shared Service Center preferred
