Responsibilities

Work in coordination with Finance and FPA team to grant correct reporting of Enterprise business for the US entities!

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with business the review at month end of the various Enterprise account being sure the entries are posted according to US GAAP
• Review and prepare all entries related to Manage and Pass Through contracts
• Check and review the Service result with the Finance team being sure all entries are correctly allocated at contract level
• Reconcile all related accounts being sure all balances are supported by the proper documentation
• Be active part of the month end closing collaborating strictly with the US Accounting team and the European controller
• Streamline the process of service being sure that we are consistently and continuously improving the reporting of the Service business

Qualifications:

• University degree in a business-related discipline
• 3+ years of experience in accounting/finance, experience with full cycle general ledger accounting is an asset
• Knowledge of MS Office and financial systems required (SAP FI, Oracle)
• Experience of Excel to an advanced level
• Fluent English language required
