Responsibilities:

  • Collection of receivables for NAM customers,
  • Implementation of credit policies and procedures,
  • Collection cycle and Past Due Receivables improvement,
  • Performing credit assessment and setting credit lines per Customer,
  • Support Bad Debt Reserve and Write Off processes,
  • Assisting in preparation of regular management reports e.g. Collection Reports, A/R Ageing, etc.
  • Processing of invoice clearings against payments/credit notes,
  • Taking part in projects aimed at AR process improvements
  • Provide daily supervision and coaching to the Credit Collections and Cash Application teams
  • Ensure that all duties listed here above are fulfilled by the AR team
  • Ensure an effective goal setting / performance review /development process is in place
  • Ensure that all processes are performed according to SOX requirements
  • Continued focus on improving system efficiencies
  • Lead by example

Basic Qualifications:

  • Very good level of English - at least CEFR B2 level
  • 3+ years of experience across Accounts Receivable processes, preferably 1-2 years of leadership experience in Accounts Receivable / Credit Collections or other finance departments,
  • Working knowledge of SAP experience or other ERP will be an asset,
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Must be professional and ethical with high integrity,
  • Should have excellent analytical skills,
  • Process-driven and organized, with sufficient flexibility to accommodate ad hoc requests,
  • Experience with a Shared Service model.
