Responsibilities
Location Jiangsu, JiangsuCN Job ID REQ-052681Handle incoming nonconformity found during incoming inspection & production, issue SCAR for batch issues and follow up supplier’s improvement action and effectiveness of action.
处理来料检验及生产过程发现的不合格原物料，督促并追踪供应商的改善及相关报告。
Work with sourcing team to evaluate and qualify new supplier, complete supplier audit and evaluation periodic and follow up the findings found during audit.
与供应链部门合作对新供应商评估审核并导入，定期完成供应商的审核和评比，并跟踪审核中供应商缺失改善。
Responsible for product quality management and drive quality towards specific target, monitor and maintain product certificate to ensure compliance with product related regulations.
对产品质量进行管理并使产品质量符合要求, 监督和维护产品证书确保符合产品相关法规.
Customer complaint verification & RMA case data collection and give the CAPA report after find the root cause.
Conduct production process inspection on site to discover gaps within our quality system and to solve problems.
客户投诉识别与返厂案例资料搜集，找到根本原因后给出纠正与预防措施报告。
仪器生产现场、仓库区域巡检，主动并及时发现过程中的缺陷，并组织和协调相关人员的问题解决。
Handle nonconformity product and deviation found in production, Data analyze on process/ product deviation and work with ME to identify root cause for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction en-hance.
负责生产过程发现的不合格品及偏差的处理, 和制造工程师一起分析产品偏离数据并协助他们找到原因并持续改善，并提高客户满意度。
Coordinate the internal/ external audit activities,organize the internal audit, non conformity items corrective actions follow-up.
协调公司的内外审活动，按时组织内审、不符合事项的及时有效的跟踪。
Support the implementation of quality system execute, review, operate and continue improvement.
负责质量体系的实施、评审、运行及持续改进工作。
Coordinate editing the document of quality system,monitor the quality system document implementation/update(Include Quality manual,procedure document,Level 3 document and format,etc)
协调编写质量管理体系文件，监督有关文件的贯彻执行及修订（包括质量手册、程序文件、三级文件、质量记录表格等）。
Responsible for company’s quality and other technical documents’ approve, release, publish and store.
负责公司质量文件及其它技术文件的审批、受控和发布管理与存储。
Other tasks assigned by his/her manager
领导安排的其他工作。
任职要求：
More than 2 years work experience related quality assurance.
2年以上质量保证相关工作经验。
Product compliance knowledge will be plus.
具有产品相关法规知识者优先。
Demonstrated problem solving skills.
问题解决导向。
Familiar with ISO9001 quality system.
熟悉ISO9001 体系。
