Responsibilities
Location Jiangsu, JiangsuCN Job ID REQ-052686Responsible for the execution of the production plan, finish the production requirements
Responsible for the assignment of tasks to group monitor and on-the-spot supervision and management.
Reduce the production loss, increase the working efficiency, save the production cost in the premise of maintaining quality system and finishing the planed production amount.
Solve the potential quality problems of the products and the deviations relevant to manufacture promptly and effectively, report it to related functional department.
Finish the periodic assessment of the workshop personnel, arrange the workload of the staff reasonably, ensure all production procedures work efficiently, make all groups work cooperatively.
Responsible for the establishment of good work and behavior discipline of workshop staff.
Finish other duties assigned by production manager.
Required work experience related to position
More than 5 years work experience of manufacturing
Good organizational and communication skills with gloabl, local, cross functional team
Good understanding of whole business of a company and good leadership to achieve the departmental targets
Good problem solving and process management capability
Pro-active self-starter
Good command of English, MS Office and other computer skills
