Commercial sites in Americas

Drive the Strategy & Operational Excellence for Commercial sites in the Americas.

  • Drive the geographic strategy for all commercial sites in the Americas, including but not limited to Shelton, Downers Grove, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Canada, etc., supporting cost effective and value-driven lease management.
  • Deliver high level of services for facilities operations & fleet management, maintenance, repairs, renovations and all the related office services, establishing virtual and on demand support mechanisms.
  • Support AOP investment and cost control initiatives and managing expenditure accordingly.
  • Plan for the necessary projects to support business priority, including business case analysis, obtaining approvals, and implementing project management to make sure the project is complete as expected within budget and high-quality results.
  • Establish and manage site performance and asset management and improve the related process and SOP.
  • Compile market data, forecast, budget, and other analysis to support the investment. Look for opportunities to improve the service and reduce the cost.
  • Engage the communication with country leaders of each business unit regularly and make sure there is sufficient support for each site.
  • Be responsible for the inventory management / assist with implementation of asset strategy for all commercial sites.
  • Responsible for T&E spending management of the region while monitoring and analyzing for continuous improvement.
  • Work with Global EHS and GBL for ESG project initiatives and implementation in the region.

DG Technical Center

  • Drive the office space and utilization of performance site management to meet the needs of the business requests.
  • Help organize company events and customer events. Receive visitors and provide all the necessary local logistics support.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the site regarding building maintenance issues, coordinate appropriate repairs and service with building management and vendors.
  • Energy consumption management, Safety and 5S management for CKC.
  • Facility inspection, trouble shooting, report to vendors for correction in time, and screen the vendor according to Finance and Indirect control policy.
  • Process and submit site specific invoices to corporate offices to ensure timely payment.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in M&E preferred.
  • And/or 5 or above years’ facility and Administration experience in related position in multi-national companies. Healthcare, Medical Devices or pharmaceutical industries working background is preferred.
  • Self-motivated and good team player, able to work both independently and in a team-based environment, supportive and willing to share.
  • Fluently use office software and tools, Proficient with MS365 software, excellent writing, and good data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, schedule management capability, accountable and excellent service attitude.
  • Active proactive & positive.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal skills and results oriented.
  • Proficiency in written and oral English required and Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
  • Sourcing / Negotiating capability required for better contract terms and conditions.
  • Basic knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001.

The annual compensation range for this full-time position is $75,000 to $110,000. The final base pay offered to the successful candidate will be determined by factors including internal equity, work location, as well as individual qualifications, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
