Responsibilities
Location Yokohama, KanagawaJP Job ID REQ-054737- Allocate the workload to assigned team.
- Coach and develop the job-related skills of team members to facilitate improvements in their job performance.
- To organize and ensure that team achieve best possible service quality and execute all jobs within time frame.
- To conduct meeting with technicians to review on quality performance and technical issues
- Respond to customer opportunities, issues and complaints in a timely manner
- Develop relationships and interact with internal and external customers
- Be responsible for physical assets including tools, test equipment, and service parts, both assigned and loaned
- Perform machine installation setup, training and machine commissioning on new machine.
- Responsible for scheduling and performing preventative maintenance
- Coordinate with the service admin to prepare quotation, manage inventory and ensure timely delivery to enhance customer satisfaction
- To actively establish network and develop relationships with existing and potential customers
- Collaborate with Application Specialists and Sales Team in supporting and meet customers’ requirements.
- To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
