Responsibilities
Location Yokohama, KanagawaJP Job ID REQ-055024This position is responsible for creating Work Orders for engineers. The role requires generating 5-6 Work Orders per engineer per week. Currently, engineers create these Work Orders themselves, but this responsibility will be transitioned to the Customer Care team, hence this recruitment.
In addition to the above, you will also be responsible for a portion of logistics operations. Specifically, this includes handling import/export procedures, managing domestic warehouse provisions, communicating with domestic delivery partners, and issuing import/export instructions using SAP.
