Provides highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems. Checks out and approves operational quality of system equipment. Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system. Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects. Interprets customers’ needs and clarifies if the responsibility for problem resolution falls to sales personnel, customer support reps, or engineers. This job may include any aspect of field support, and is not limited to system hardware and software, PCs, and networking/wireless networking. This job provides customer support.

サービスエンジニアとして公的機関、大学研究室、受託検査機関、大手製薬メーカーなどで幅広く利用されております分析機器を、契約しているお客様にメンテナンス、修理、バリデーションサービスを提供する

必要な知識・経験

<必須>

  • 分析機器・理化学機器等サービスエンジニアとしての業務経験
  • 新たな技術分野を恐れずに挑戦する意欲
  • 対人コミュニケーション能力

<あれば尚可>

  • HPLC, GC, FTIRなど分析機器の使用経験
  • 大卒以上(電気/電子/機械/化学専攻のいずれかが望ましい)
  • 分析機器あるいはライフサイエンスのアプリケーションに関する知識
  • 英語でのコミュニケーション能力(主に読解)
  • 外資系企業での就業経験

就業場所

所属は横浜本社、名古屋営業所、大阪営業所となりますが、業務はお客様先
