Directly leads the Talent Reviews, Talent Assessment Strategy, Talent Sharing Framework, Coaching & Mentoring Interventions and Succession Planning processes for the organization. The jobholder is required to design, review and translate strategies/ frameworks/ policies to implementable processes, aimed at lifting the overall performance and quality of the talent pool, not only to sustain business as usual, but to also build up the leadership pipeline for the future.
Designs and implements integrated talent management solutions all aspects of Talent Management touch points across COE’s.
Implement the annual talent review and high potential identification process and analyze talent movements and progression to improve talent retention and development.
Drive the Critical Role review process and implement development of succession candidates. Analyze pipeline strength, identify issues and recommend interventions to further strengthen and deepen bench strength.
Build and lead an enterprise-wide talent and succession planning process to ensure a consistent bench of talent is in place for senior leadership and other priority areas across PerkinElmer.
Contribute to a culture where learning, coaching and delivering consistent feedback lead to positive impact and results. Architect and drive an ongoing "talent dialogue" with leaders including the processes and how to do this in conversations
Create the space for our Talent Management approach to be the vanguard for Inclusion, Diversity and Global Mobility.
Provides thought leadership and actively seek opportunities to design, develop and deploy enterprise-wide practices, processes and tools in support of performance management, competency models, feedback/assessment, career management & change management.
Assesses OD needs of operating, business and functional units. Plans and leads short- and long-term planning for OD programs.
Learning & Capability Development
Oversees the Capability Development Pillar and along with the team responsible for the creation, implementation, and improvement of all business-wide capability assessment and learning efforts.
Oversees the design and development of learning content and materials that incorporate adult learning and instructional design principles for PerkinElmer Learning Center, Product Academy and Any Time Learning solutions.
15+ years of experience in Talent management, Learning and Development with ability to work with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted expert in the field.
Experience managing large global HR programs
HR Business Partner experience a plus
Experienced leveraging contemporary talent management frameworks, practices and tools
Excellent communication skills
Strategic and creative thinking to help build Talent and Capability Development strategy
Able to adapt facilitation style to engage audiences across a spectrum of levels, functions, and needs
Specialized experience in Organization Effectiveness, Job levelling/ Staff Structure processes, will be an added advantage.
Understanding of / experience in Talent acquisition will be a plus.
Preference to candidates in Eastern time zone
