As the Senior M&A HR Analyst and member of the HR Technology team you will partner closely with the Integration Transformation Office to support efforts of new and legacy M&A activities. This is considered a “hands on” role that requires strong attention to detail, analytical and project management skills.  We are looking for someone with strong business acumen that can partner cross-functionally across all areas of the business.  This position will act as the point of contact for all M&A project aspects relating to HR Technology including but not limited to data loads, system configuration, coordination across all functional areas to integrate into PerkinElmer systems and business.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with M&A project management activities for Workday and HR Technology

  • Partner with the Integration Transformation Office, HR Technology and other cross-functional team members to develop/maintain processes to drive successful new and legacy M&A efforts across PerkinElmer

  • Detecting and resolving process and data integrity issues in the HRM systems through regular monitoring and audit practices

  • Managing and participating in testing of M&A activity in systems including system configuration, data loads, audits and integrations

  • Assist in coordinating training and knowledge transfer for M&A activity on key systems

  • Perform actions in Workday for certain complex tasks including security assignments, supervisory organization creation, location creation and others, as needed. 

  • Assist with identifying the most effective method of executing complex tasks, working with HR Technology/cross-functional team members as needed.

Basic Qualification:

  • 5 years supporting a regional or global business unit as either a generalist or analyst or related functional area with knowledge of key HR principles

  • At least 1-2 years of experience working within a Workday environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Operations, Business, or related field.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Demonstrate ability to build credibility with and gain commitment from key stakeholders.

  • Able to take initiative to identify issues and solve problems; thoroughly analyze information and make timely recommendations with minimal supervision

  • Ability to work in highly dynamic environment and respond to operational challenges in a timely manner

  • Must possess the ability to be organized, detail oriented and self-motivated

  • Demonstrate excellent process and project management skills while working on multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong background in Workday and understanding of HR workflow processes requiring working with sensitive information.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact, build relationships professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts

  • Strong facilitation and influencing skills among diverse groups and subject matter experts

  • Able to assume and complete assignments independently and demonstrate sound judgment under high stress, time critical deadlines, in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to interpret changes in data, project specific nuances, and effectively communicate to other functional areas within the company

  • Ability to work in a matrix organization

  • Project Management skills preferred

  • Advanced working knowledge of tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Workday
