Summary:
Accountable to the OneSource Data Integrity Leader to ensure data systems are aligned and up to date with both MAC and AEE processes. Assist in the delivery of business Analytics to Amgen and PerkinElmer for analysis and decision making in support of cost savings and operational efficiency objectives.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive both MAC and AEE processes to ensure data is concurrent in both systems.
  • Execute AEEs to assist and ensure team hits account deliverables
  • Work with OneSource Data Integrity Leader to ensure MAC/AEE process is efficiently deployed and has proper training
  • Standardize Asset lists with respect to inconsistencies around nomenclature: Mfg – Model – Description, etc. as per the OneSource and Amgen standardization tables
  • Leverage the OneSource Analytics capabilities and other data sources to drive improvements in service delivery. This may involve:
  • Proposed Changes to PerkinElmer service model
  • Proposed Customer behavior changes
  • Proposed New or updated customer SOP’s
  • Proposed Customer training
  • Support broader OneSource innovation initiatives to improve lab optimization and reduce cost
  • Accelerated instrument disposition
  • Identification of underutilized and older systems
  • Support quarterly project level reporting
  • Support bi-annual executive level reporting
  • Support additional project related continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or Business
  • One or more years administrative and customer service experience
  • Knowledge of Maximo and SAP data systems a plus
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
