To strengthen our SME team, we are looking for a Subject Matter Expert f/h to support our Microfluidics and molecular biology solutions.  As Subject Matter Expert you will be part of a team of specialists supporting the sales account managers and customers across EMEAI. The role can be based anywhere near to an international airport in France or Finland.

Main responsibilities:

  • Participate in product demonstrations, tradeshows and exhibitions in the field of microfluidics ;
  • Provide information and consultance about our solutions, to internal and external customers ;
  • Manage geographic territory with regard to sales support activities, including:
    • Generate product interest and awareness ;
    • Perform qualification visits ;
    • Analyze customer samples in the AG Training Facility ;
    • Interpret and present results back to customers ;
    • Support customers with their applications
    • Troubleshooting ;
    • Training and follow up ;
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with internal and external customers ;

Your profile:

  • Master or PhD degree in the field of biotechnology or molecular biology
  • Energetic, results-driven with excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to think strategically, articulate a shared vision and defend strategic insights
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) required
  • Second European language, especially French, would be an advantage
  • Thorough knowledge in MS Office suite
  • Willingness for at least 60% travel
  • Home office  based
