Responsibilities
Location Thane West, MaharashtraIN Job ID REQ-054553- Product demonstration and technical qualification exercise at Demo lab (COE)
- Owning successful conversion of all DSAR activities
- Revalidating existing solutions and developing of new applications in line with business/market-oriented
- Productivity /Efficiency- Addressing Internal/External customer concerns and requirements through remote support promptly.
- Resolving issues: Taking ownership of support cases and following through until they are closed.
- On-site support to customers – Addressing product concerns, conducting troubleshooting & diagnosis exercises, solution development, training for new users/IB, refresher training, and customer support as per sales commitments.
- Project driven business solution development for specific submarket segments – Executing assigned projects as per commercial requirements.
- Preparation of Compiling a database with a troubleshooting plan, assisting in generating a playbook, and Sales collateral (For Unique features, customer pain points, field concerns, product gaps etc).
- Research, explore and come up with an alternate solution if a new problem is presented that does not have a straightforward solution.
- Keeping COP assents in performing conditions for effective utilization for Business requirements. Managing Instruments logbooks (soft copy)
- Adhering to the EHS policies while working in the COE.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum educational qualification M. Sc. (Analytical/Inorganic/Organic/Physical/Food Technology), Preferably Ph.D. Chemistry.
- Minimum 4-8 years of Hands-on operational experience in respective instrument techniques, data interpretation
