The Service Sales Business Analyst – Tender & Order Operations plays a critical role in supporting the Service Sales organization by driving business analytics, managing tender documentation, and ensuring timely and accurate order processing. The role is responsible for maintaining business data integrity, supporting sales forecasting and reporting, coordinating tender submissions, and ensuring seamless execution of customer purchase orders from receipt through booking.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Analytics & Sales Support

  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business performance reports.
  • Analyze sales trends and identify business opportunities and risks.
  • Track AOP achievement against targets.
  • Support Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), and annual operating planning.
  • Generate customer, installed base, contract renewal, and product-wise analytics.
  • Maintain forecasting files and monitor forecast accuracy.
  • Support pricing analysis and business improvement initiatives.

2. Tender Management

  • Monitor government, public sector, institutional, and private tender portals.
  • Identify relevant service tender opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Service Operations, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to gather required documents.
  • Prepare complete technical and commercial bid submissions.
  • Ensure timely submission of tenders before deadlines.

3. Billable Quote Preparation and Order Processing

  • Preparing the Billable activities quotation as per field service engineer requests and submission of the same to customers.
  • Review customer Purchase Orders (POs) for completeness and compliance.
  • Verify commercial terms, pricing, taxes, payment terms, and contract validity.
  • Coordinate with Customer & Service Sales rep for clarification on discrepancies.
  • Process service contract, billable service, calibration, qualification, consumables, and spare part orders in ERP/CRM systems thru CO Team.
  • Work with Service Operations to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Monitor pending orders and resolve processing delays.
  • Maintain order accuracy and documentation.
