IT GRC Document Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:
oMaintain Master List of Controlled IT Documents, including the assignment of Unique Document Numbers to Policies, SOPs, WI’s, etc.
oManage Documents through Document Control System Implementation Process
oMaintain employee accessible company portal location for approved Information Technology documents
oEnsure timely completion of annual document review cycles
oManage documents through Electronic Approval processes, such as DocuSign workflows
oDevelop and maintain document management policies and procedures in a manner that drives compliance
oConduct IT Document clean-up Initiatives within SAP and company portal environments
§Act as the IT GRC Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator
§Assist IT Leaders in getting training activities into LMS
§Track / Report on Assigned Training Completions
oWork with IT leadership to ensure Job descriptions are consistently updated and available
·GRC Records Management
·Develop, maintain and present associated GRC program metrics
·BA/BS (Information Technology, Scientific, Business Administration or related field preferred).
·1+ years of related experience working in document control, governance, risk management, compliance or quality management systems in a regulated industry.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
·Ability to work in a matrixed organizational structure, developing strong relationships with business partners
·Exceptional attention to detail
·Ability to take direction and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
·Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision, as well as excel within a team environment
·Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in electronic data management systems
·Results-driven with excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to effectively communicate within a regulated environment
·Ability to operate independently and as part of a team through collaboration and use of proven leadership skills
·Commitment to continuous improvement principles
·Operational Excellence/Six Sigma/LEAN/Project Management training or certifications is a plus
