Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• The current focus on Generic consumables expansion, Application Engineer role is very important to demonstrate our product capabilities at customer be it columns, lamps etc.,

• Application support is quite important to customer to take immediate business decisions.

• The Application Engineer dedicated for consumables will be the first point of contact for customer to understand their pain point and resolve the issues without impacting the business.

•Currently with the Application support we can have customer stickiness and additional increment business from Vials/Septa and Columns and In Organic standards etc., Generic consumables.

• Application Specialist will be Science based business development manager, who can interact with customers, understand the applications and provide opportunities for the entire portfolio.

• Currently our response to customer takes weeks or sometime more to responds on the failures of the consumables on the incidents raised at customer place. Having dedicated consumables Application person, would resolve the time laps and better customer experience.

• Having Application person for immediate response and resolutions for customer will ensure customer loyalty and restrict customers from evaluating other options for their products.

Basic Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor or Master Degree with hands on experience on Chrom, Inorganic portfolio.
• 5 – 6 years Experience in having Exp in Consumables applications, Customer support, Instrument handling. Method developments.

Preferred Characteristics

• Has experience in method development on Chromatography to support on Column business.
• Has understanding for different make of HPLC’s systems to ensure growth of Vials/Septa business
• Market understanding of Generic Business and YOY growth.
• Should be willing to Travel across India.
