In Sweden, Denmark, and Norway, PerkinElmer develops products and serves customers with the help of 120 highly talented employees, ranging from Customer Service Engineers, Warehouse staff and R&D Scientists to Software Developers, Application Specialists and Finance Managers.  We are now looking for an HR Manager (fixed-term for approximately one year) to provide employees, managers, and leadership with operational and strategic HR partnership.

Role description:

  • Providing mainly operational but also strategic HR support and guidance including but not limited to collaboration with the payroll provider, personnel planning, compensation & benefits, employee relations, HR admin and HR systems use
  • Implementing HR initiatives in alignment with the business and the EMEA HR goals
  • Collaborating with regional and global HR colleagues as well as other internal and external stakeholders such as Business, Finance, and Union Representatives

Role requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of work legislation, collective agreements and HR practices and processes, experience in Workday is considered an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish
  • Team player with high attention to detail and follow through
  • Ability to navigate in a matrixed international company
