Service Sales Specialist

Responsible for supporting After Market Sales team in selling consumables and manage dealers.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Responsible for supporting After Market Sales team in selling reagents and consumables.
• Manage business partner relationship and dealer’s network; channel sales & marketing.
• Achieve sales targets and coordinating service projects.
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services.
• Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
• Submitting client quotations, follow-up and administering client accounts.
• Analyzing costs and sales and preparing reports.
• Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
• Provide technical presentations and demonstrate on product to meet client needs
• Manage existing customers/dealers and search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential. 
• Routine sales travel to visit new and existing customers and attend relevant trade shows.
• Any other jobs that might relevant to this position

KEY CAPABILITIES REQUIRED

• Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or any related discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in laboratory sales-service; preferably candidate with experience in managing dealers
• Able to multitask and follow-through with customers by organizing well on daily jobs 
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Good persuasion skills and aptitude for communication
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office application and hands on SAP will be added advantage
• A team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Possess own transport able to travel within Singapore
