Location Singapore, SG Job ID JR-019955PerkinElmer is offering an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dynamic HR Generalist to join the Singapore HR team.
You will be will be responsible for in-house efficient recruitment & assisting in the delivery of human resource services for the operations team.
The Role
Talent Acquisition
Present qualified list of pre-screened candidates to hiring manager
Responsible for full cycle of talent acquisition activities within the business
Serves as a strategic Staffing and Talent Acquisition specialist and provide necessary advices to stakeholders
Responsible in complete flow of recruitment processes (posting of job advertisements, shortlisting and interviewing of candidates and etc.)
Management of offer and salary negotiation process with prospective candidates
Utilize creative sourcing techniques for senior or mid-level positions including direct sourcing, internet recruiting, networking, utilization of external research, etc.
Collaborating with various organizations (such as tertiary institutions) for career roadshows and internship programs to build organization's branding
HR Operations
Provide necessary confidential administrative support for all human resources function
Handle employee relations such as providing guidance on policies and their application; handle disciplinary matters and grievance hearings.
Ensure complete, up-to-date, accurate and accessible records are kept for all employees
Lead HR projects for KOSJ region and key initiatives identified from time to time
Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Experience in HR Business partnering in manufacturing environment
Ability to function well independently, and at all levels of the organization
Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment working on multiple projects with constantly changing priorities and deadlines within a matrix organization
Experience in HR Tools like Workday would be advantageous
Solid understanding of HR practices and local employment laws
Ability to communicate effectively with individuals and groups
Flexible and resourceful with a “can do” attitude.
Positive, energetic and self-motivated individual
Strong analytical skill
