➢ Manage RMA, both service parts and instruments return to site.
➢ Maintaining the RMA Master list and updating the failure analysis. Based on credit eligibility, deciding if the part needs to be scraped and arrange for scraping process accordingly.
➢ Obtain data for low occurrence of F1 notification by rejected P/N within selected month, initiate meeting with Product Engineering Team, Quality Manager to get approval for scrap.
➢ Collaborate with SQE, PQE, Engineering and production to solve critical issues on operations.
➢ Provide a responsible weekly update for major issues happening in field and production.
➢ Responsible for raising Stock Issue form and Request for shipment form. Arrange packaging for shipment with the approval of Quality Manager. Send tracking number for traceability to recipient.
➢ Assist in following up with customer return part, collaborate with cross functional teams to facilitate failure analysis.
➢ Email communication to update Complaint handling unit on failure analysis.
➢ Assist in data collection for Weekly Top issues Executive Summary and Weekly
Operational Issue update.
➢ Assist in Monthly Operational Review (MOR) for reporting of quality metrics.
➢ Support for internal and external audit activities.
➢ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Work Experience: At least 2 year(s) of relevant working experience in a customer quality, process quality or engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Key capabilities expected for the job
➢ Knowledge of computer software like SAP, Microsoft Office applications etc.
➢ High proficiency in MS Office(Excel, Power point, Access, etc)
➢ Good oral and written communication.
➢ Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
➢ Ability to prioritize and work independently and proactively is critical for success.
➢ Self-motivated and able to manage multiple and complex tasks in a fast paced and challenging environment.
