Responsibilities
Location Singapore, SG Job ID REQ-057462Oversees the execution and completion of technology solutions projects in the professional services arena.
Manages people who lead projects supporting the company-client relationship, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provides budget analysis, labor planning and coordination of activities between client and company personnel.
Monitors project completion from initiation through delivery to meet revenue and cost projections.
Oversees performance of the installation and client acceptance of capitalized equipment, enterprise software systems or system integration projects or engagements.
Typically utilizes management skills more than technical skills. Serves as mediator to internal issues and conflicting priorities for members of cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing solutions to clients.
Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
This job does not have responsibility over product development, but does have overall project management responsibility.
This job oversees employees assigned to manage specific projects that have a distinct beginning and end.
- Responsible for orders and revenue growth of OneSource business in Singapore and potentially lead the entire SEA team.
- Manage and develop key accounts and dealers for Singapore and SEA.
- Work closely with OneSource sales to address customers’ needs and provide omni-channel support to get the lab service opportunities in Pharma, research, government and segments.
- Develop and present tailor-made service proposals to customers, particularly for lab asset management projects from key accounts (KAs).
- Be accountable to understand the project objectives, scope, and budget. Ensure the processes and procedures will be applied in required projects and manage potential risk and issues.
- Follow up on project planning, execution and change control and lead project team to implement the service activities on time, on budget and stay committed to the completion of project phases.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal/external resources. Perform project review with key stakeholders in key customers on regular basis and follow up for issues and solutions.
- Respond to new requests from KAs and expand service scope and new solution for existing lab service projects.
- Coordinate any other related issue in project
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder preferred with specialization in Chemistry or related discipline
Work Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales or (project/people) management experience in related industry
