Responsibilities
Location Singapore, SG Job ID REQ-054829Responsibilities
Receive and conduct receiving inspection on materials and finish goods from suppliers/delivery/production
Check physical condition of packaging and quantity of delivery/receipt
Report any defects and/or discrepancies to immediate supervisor
Bin materials into designated storage locations
Check material part number and quantity against the GR slip
Update system for materials movement and ensure inventory accuracy
Pack/un-pack instruments in shipping (If deployed)
Pick and pack small and large pack shipments (If deployed)
Ensure work orders are kitted and issued to production lines within the deadline date
Conduct cycle count and ensure inventory accuracy
Ensure safety and security of the shipping/store area and report any discrepancies or
breach of safety to immediate supervisorPractice good housekeeping & 6S Team Member
Generate report for warehouse operation use
Requirements
Secondary education, GCE “O” level or NTC
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in store/shipping in MNC manufacturing environment
Knowledge in SAP system preferred
Proficient in PC skills including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Words applications
