  • Assist to devise and administer appropriate human resources policies and procedures and ensure that practices are in full compliance with local legislation and regulation
  • Manage employee relations such as providing guidance on policies and their application; handle first-line disciplinary and grievance hearings
  • Assist in the provision of an efficient recruitment and selection service such that right talents are hired to meet business needs and growth
  • Responsible for co-ordination of social and recreational activities to promote the general welfare of all employees
  • Provide the necessary administrative support for all human resources function
  • Lead in special projects and key initiatives identified from time to time
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned
