2. Handling SVC Contract order - Singapore & Australia
1) Create quotation
2) Order Entry
3) Invoicing
3. Handling SVC Billable order - Singapore & Australia
1) Create quotation
2) Part order
3) Delivery schedule
4) Invoicing
4. SVC operation - Singapore & Australia
1) Create case & work order for engineer dispatch through SVC Max
2) mange equipment record
3) mange customer contact information
4) Consignment stock at customer and FSE management
5. Handling Web order
6. Invoice upload to customer portal Ariba / Coupa
7. New customer creation
8. Perten Inter-co order handling under SGS0 (only Perten AU)
9. Demo order handling
10. Claim handling
11. India L/C negotiation document - mainly submission only, but need to support issuing COO by SG Chamber & Insurance by Insurance company)
