Key Responsibilities
Receive materials from suppliers.
Receive finished goods from production.
Check physical condition of the packaging.
Report any defects and/or discrepancies to immediate supervisor.
Bin raw materials into designated storage locations.
Check material part number and quantity against the GR slip.
Update bin cards (if required) and ensure inventory accuracy.
Pack / un-pack instruments in shipping.
Pick and pack small and large shipments.
Ensure work orders are kitted and issued to production lines within the deadline date ‘TAT’.
Conduct cycle count and ensure inventory accuracy.
Ensure safety and security of the Shipping / Store area and report any discrepancies or breach of safety (whether written or verbal) to immediate supervisor.
Practice good housekeeping and 5S.
Requirements
Minimum GCE N level with some work experience in manufacturing environment.
Preferably 2 to 3 years experiences of similar working experience.
Have good knowledge in MRP applications (SAP) and familiar with spreadsheet, word processing.
Experience in handling equipment such as forklift, reach truck or pallet jack will be an advantage.
Willing to work overtime when required.
Physically fit.
