Responsibilities

- Develop and implement annual/quarterly sales plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and market penetration targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and motivate the regional sales team to exceed KPIs.
- Set performance metrics, conduct reviews, and optimize team structure.
Client & Channel Management
- Maintain key accounts (e.g., enterprise clients, strategic partners) and lead high-level negotiations.
- Identify and onboard new clients, distributors, or agents to expand market coverage.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with Marketing to align regional campaigns and Product teams to relay customer feedback.
Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor sales pipelines, conversion rates, and ROI using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Deliver regular business reviews to senior management.
