Generate all marketing creative including content (brochures, application notes, …), digital assets (email images, landing page images), social media imagery, digital banner ads, website, and event/tradeshow assets
Ensure design best practices and brand integrity
Implement brand guidelines, ensure consistency and adherence across all customer-facing materials
Work collaboratively with requestors and across marketing team on content and design projects
Consult during the creative development process; conducting visual design reviews
Manage creative requests and design process – manage the design schedule, track versions, proofs and approvals
Maintain library of final assets and design files
Recommend ideas and new concepts for improving the effectiveness of design
Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-3 years of B2B graphic design experience in a technical environment


  • Associates degree
  • 5 years of B2B graphic design in a technical environment


  • Highschool diploma or GED
  • 7 years of B2B graphic design in a technical environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5-8-year history as designer.
  • Portfolio of previous work, with strong preference for B2B work.
  • Adobe Creative Suite: highly proficient in InDesign, proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator. (Apple Mac preferred)
  • Experience working within a large corporate structure.
  • Comfortable adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Comfortable executing both strategic and production projects
  • Base office either Shelton, CT or Hopkinton, MA. – with opportunity for 100% remote.
  • Experience with Video in Adobe Premiere preferred.
  • Experience of Workfront preferred.
