Responsibilities
Location Shanghai, Shanghai CN Job ID REQ-057543工作职责：
• Develop and maintain research accounts (universities and research institutes) in Jiangsu, building long-term customer relationships.
• Promote the company's analytical instrument portfolio and provide professional technical solutions to customers.
• Identify and deep-dive customer needs, provide technical support for key applications such as materials characterization and sample preparation.
• Manage distributor channels in the region to expand market coverage.
• Track key labs and major projects, participate in tenders, and drive project closure.
• Collect market intelligence and competitor information to support regional sales strategy development.
岗位要求：
• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Materials Science, Chemistry, Polymer, Physics, or related fields
• 3+ years of sales experience in the analytical instrument industry; experience with research customers (universities/institutes) is a strong plus
• Familiarity with ICP-MS, spectroscopy, chromatography, or other analytical instruments is preferred, strong technical understanding and application skills
• Results-driven, strong execution, excellent communication skills, and good resilience under pressure
• Willingness to travel frequently within Jiangsu province
