Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customers across East China, achieving individual sales targets.
• Proactively develop new customers and maintain existing customer relationships to establish long-term, stable partnerships.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation, needs analysis, solution demonstration, and commercial negotiation to contract signing and payment collection, ensuring sales funnel health and conversion rates.
• Collect and analyze regional market dynamics, competitor intelligence, and evolving customer needs. Adjust sales strategies accordingly and provide feedback to the company on product improvements or marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with internal teams such as technical applications, after-sales service, and marketing to drive product demonstrations, technical exchanges, industry seminars, and other marketing activities to enhance the company's brand presence.
• Submit timely sales forecasts, weekly/monthly reports, and project progress updates, ensuring the accuracy and visibility of sales data.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in industrial account development and management, with familiarity in the analytical instrument or related industrial equipment market, and the ability to identify decision-making chains and drive sales progress within complex organizational structures
• Experience in selling analytical instruments or related industrial products is a plus, with the ability to quickly understand customer technical requirements and match them with appropriate solutions
• Proven ability to manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation, needs analysis, solution demonstration, and commercial negotiation to contract signing and payment collection
• Strong communication, negotiation, resilience, and self-motivation skills, with the ability to maintain consistent performance in high-intensity, long-cycle sales environments
• Ability to travel frequently within the region, with strong time management and territory coverage capabilities
