Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies and action plans for industrial clients in East China to achieve annual sales targets (AOP).
• Analyze industrial market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the region to identify key industries and high-potential accounts.
• Lead, manage, and develop the East China industrial sales team to enhance professional capabilities and sales execution.
• Set team goals, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure the breakdown and achievement of sales targets.
• Deepen relationships with key industrial clients in East China (e.g., electronics, chemicals, new energy, advanced materials, automotive, environmental monitoring, etc.) and establish long-term strategic partnerships.
• Lead the planning, progression, and closing of major projects to secure key orders and ensure successful execution.
• Leverage the company's analytical instrument portfolio to drive product adoption and penetration in industrial applications.
• Organize or participate in industry exhibitions, technical seminars, and customer training sessions to enhance the company's brand presence in the industrial market.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in chemistry, analytical chemistry, materials, environmental science, chemical engineering, instrumentation, or related fields.
• 8+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in industrial sales (e.g., electronics, chemicals, new energy, environmental monitoring, etc.) and 2+ years of team management experience.
• Familiarity with the East China industrial market and established key customer relationships in the region are preferred.
• Understanding of analytical instrument applications in industrial settings, such as quality control, raw material testing, process analysis, environmental monitoring, and R&D testing.
• Strong market insight, strategic planning skills, and ability to engage key accounts.
• Proven team management, communication, and negotiation skills.
