Sr. Executive Assistant:

  • Strategic Calendar & Time Management: Manage complex executive calendars across multiple time zones, making independent prioritization decisions to protect leadership bandwidth for high-impact activities.
  • Executive Communications & Liaison: Screen and draft executive correspondence, often representing the leadership voice. Serve as the trusted gatekeeper and connector between the executive team and cross-functional departments
  • Meeting & Event Orchestration: Organize and coordinate leadership meetings, Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and track action items with rigorous follow-through, travel and logistic coordination.
  • Special Projects: Support executive-level initiatives such as summit presentations, leadership communications, and cross-functional transformation programs.

Business Enablement Partner:

  • Business Enablement Data Analytics & Intelligence: Build and maintain dashboards (Power BI / SFDC/Tableau etc), and analytics frameworks to deliver clear, actionable insights on forecast accuracy, order management and business enablement productivity.
  • Process Optimization: Identify gaps in commercial operations processes (e.g., pricing approval, OTD tracking, order lifecycle management in SAP) and champion continuous improvement initiatives. Eliminate waste, focus on value.
  • Forecast & Performance Reporting: Partner with Finance and Business Leaders to manage forecast reconciliation, sales performance measurement, and KPI tracking (Backlog management, aging orders/blocked orders lead). Generate weekly/monthly business intelligence reports.
  • CPQ/SAP & Tool Management: Oversee sales tools and platforms (e.g., CPQ, Salesforce, SAP), ensuring data integrity, user adoption, and system integration to support efficient commercial operations.
