Responsibilities
Location(s) Beijing, China Status Regular Job ID JR-018897根据公司要求以及相关市场策略及时能够完成区域的指标达���的管理、重要目标医院和重要客户的管理，以及团队销售管理
有效利用自己的能力以及公司资源独立开发新市场、新客户；维护并增进已有的客户关系；
根据各地实际情况建立相关的经销网络并对经销商进行日常沟通管理，保证销售结果，促进销售的快速发展；
组织搭建以及完善当地的物流服务体系，及时完成对客户的承诺并反馈相关意见；
与客户进行技术交流，完成部分技术支持的工作； 负责收集市场和行业信息，并反馈给相关部门；
协助完成各地市场活动的开展，对重点客户以及关键行业领袖进行日常维护；
能够独立对客户以及经销商进行日常培训，并且对经销商进行有效指导和管理；
完成上级领导交代的其他项目。
Requirement:
有5年以上本行业一线销售管理工作经验
对当地具体市场有相当了解，能够独立开拓新客户，经销商管理经验
良好的沟通能力以及团队管理能力
有免疫 分子 POCT领域的工作经历者优先
