  • 与本土化合作商进行技术和商务的对接,作为本土合作商的业务领导纽带;
  • 结合AM的产品方案,根据新兴市场需求,拓展新的商业合作和产品合作;
  • 针对新项目和新合作,协调组织AM各部门甚至其它Segment团队的协同攻关和项目推进;
  • 根据新市场和新方案,优化AM销售资源,组织项目组,推进业务增长;
  • 负责AM团队大客户管理与沟通。

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with local partners on technology and business, act as business leadership link for local partners.
  • Based on AM product solutions, according to the demand from emerging markets, develop a new business cooperation model.
  • For new projects and new cooperation, coordinate organization AM departments or other Segment team collaborative research and projects to promote.
  • According to the new market and new solutions, optimize AM sales resources, organize project team, to promote business growth;
  • Responsible for Key Account Management of Applied Markets.


  • 本科及以上学历;
  • 5年或以上仪器行业的业务管理经验;
  • 自我激励和良好的团队合作精神,能够独立和在团队环境中开展工作,积极主动和愿意分享
  • 较强的沟通和影响能力
  • 良好的人际交往能力和结果导向, 熟练的书面英语和口语

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • 5 or above years business management experience in analysis instrument company.
  • Self-motivated and good team player, able to work both independently and in a team-based environment, supportive and willing to share
  • Good understand on local talent market & trend
  • Good interpersonal skills and result-oriented, proficiency in written and oral English
