Responsibilities

Commercial Operations Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and implement commercial operations strategies aligned with overall business objectives
• Establish and enhance commercial operations management systems, covering core processes such as sales operations, channel management and customer service
• Lead the China marketing communications team to execute localized strategies and event, drive brand growth, and generate sales leads.
• Regularly evaluate commercial operations performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Process Optimization:

• Lead continuous improvement of commercial operations processes, identifying and resolving critical bottlenecks
• Drive digital transformation in commercial operations, optimizing CRM system utilization
• Develop standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure effective implementation

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Serve as the key interface for commercial operations, facilitating seamless coordination among Sales, Customer Care, Finance, Legal, and other functions
• Establish cross-departmental communication mechanisms to ensure information flow and operational efficiency

Data Analysis:

• Build commercial operations analytics frameworks to deliver actionable business insights
• Monitor key operational metrics (e.g., order conversion rates, delivery cycles, customer satisfaction)
• Provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership

Team Leadership & Development:

• Lead and mentor the Commercial Operations team, setting clear objectives and performance metrics
• Foster team members' professional growth to build a high-performing organization
• Develop talent pipelines to ensure team sustainability
