Responsibilities

Create, manage, and close Work Orders (WO) in the service management system.
Coordinate schedules and provide administrative support to service engineers.
Communicate with customers regarding service requests, scheduling, and status updates.
Prepare and maintain accurate and timely service-related documentation.
Update service records promptly to support accurate revenue recognition.
Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics, finance, and sales to ensure smooth service delivery.
Perform general administrative tasks to support the Service department.
Basic Qualifications
An associate degree or higher is required.
Preferred majors include Trade & Logistics or Office Administration.
The candidate must be comfortable and effective in customer interactions.
A minimum of one year of relevant work experience is preferred, and prior experience with SAP, ServiceMAX, and CPQ systems would be an advantage.
