Location Guro-gu, SeoulKR Job ID REQ-053561PerkinElmer is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Care Leader to lead and manage our Customer Care team of over 15 dedicated agents, across 6 countries (KR, JP, MY, SG, TH, AU) supporting both our sales and core-services business. As a Customer Care Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service, continuous improvement of our Customer Care operations, and managing to SLA/KPI to deliver the expected results for the KOSJ region.
