About the role:

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to responsible for pre-sales technical training and after-sales technical services for customers in the assigned area, and successfully solve the technical application problems. Understand relevant product application information on the market, assist in collecting market information, and provide suggestions to sales function.


  • Responsible for pre-sales technical training and after-sales technical support for customers in the assigned area (circa 80%)

    • Assist sales managers and customers to conduct training, technical exchanges and answer questions from all levels before sales.

    • Responsible for the customer's after-sales work in the assigned area, respond to and solve the customer's technical requirements and problems during use.

    • Track and learn the latest product knowledge, technology and standard trends, and keep up with new products, new technologies, new businesses and new equipment in the field.

    • Responsible for sorting out relevant technical information and training of sales personnel.

  • Understand and collect relevant product application information (circa 20%)

    • Assist the marketing manager to collect first-hand information of related products and integrate, summarize and analyze the collected information. To provide effective data and information support for relevant departments.

    • Other technical work related to customers and products.


  • Bachelor’s degree or above, major in biology, medicine, chemistry, food, animal husbandry and veterinary

  • Significant relevant work experience, including demonstrable technical support work experience, preferably in the same industry

  • Professional background in biological and microbial testing industry, familiar with biology, immunology and other related knowledge and technology; Or familiar with HPLC, GLC, LC-MS and other testing equipment and expertise

  • Strong communication and coordination skills, and good etiquette in dealing with others.

  • Be able to make PPT presentations proficiently and have rich lecture and training experience.

  • Good at discovering and solving problems.
