Responsibilities
Location São Paulo, São PauloBR Job ID REQ-056689In a very high summary, the responsibilities will be:
- revise and issue quotes to guarantee the best instrument configuration to fitting to the customer needs
- virtual and F2F meetings along Sales Reps and Dealers during a customer negotiation
- presenting workshops and webinars in scientific meetings or road shows
- offer chromatography classes and/or hands of training Sales and Service Teams
- offer onsite operational training after installations
- Support customers to implement analytical methods
- Develop applications notes following the market needs, new regulation, etc
- Support market team for technical notes, brochures, etc
- Performs demonstration in the customer side or demo lab
- Support customer on last minute customers calls for fixing troubleshooting
- Keep close to the BU and up to date Sales Team when NPIs on instrument upgrade
- Support on product launching
