We are seeking a Regional Marketing Specialist to act as a strategic marketing partner to regional business leaders across Latin America (LATAM) and North America (NAM). This role is responsible for understanding and supporting regional business objectives, including pipeline growth, revenue targets, customer engagement, and brand development, while ensuring regional priorities remain aligned with Global Strategic Plans.
While product strategy and content creation are led by the centralised Portfolio & Segment Marketing teams, this role will drive the execution of regional marketing initiatives across LATAM and NAM. The position balances strategic planning, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making with hands-on delivery of integrated marketing programmes. Working closely with sales leadership, product specialists, and a dedicated North America Regional Marketing Manager, the role will ensure marketing activities support business priorities, accelerate pipeline growth, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership & Planning
- Partner with regional leadership teams to understand business priorities and develop marketing plans that support pipeline growth, revenue objectives, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
- Act as the voice of the regions within global marketing teams, ensuring market dynamics, customer insights, and commercial priorities are reflected in global strategies and programmes.
- Monitor market trends, business performance, and customer needs to provide strategic recommendations and identify opportunities to accelerate growth.
- Balance regional requirements with global marketing priorities to ensure resources and investments are focused on agreed strategic growth areas.
Regional Marketing Execution
- Develop and execute integrated marketing programmes across digital, events, partner, account-based, and demand generation channels to support regional objectives.
- Lead the planning and execution of regional events, tradeshows, customer programmes, and field marketing activities, with particular focus on supporting North America event delivery.
- Adapt global campaigns and initiatives to maximise relevance and impact within regional markets, ensuring effective localisation where required.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of regional marketing activities, balancing strategic priorities with changing business needs and market conditions.
- Work closely with sales leaders and product specialists to ensure marketing programmes support pipeline creation, progression, and revenue goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with central marketing functions, including portfolio, segment, digital, and the global events co-ordinator, to develop and execute regionally relevant marketing programmes that align with business priorities and drive measurable outcomes.
- Ensure regional marketing plans and activities remain aligned to global marketing priorities, strategic focus areas, and campaign frameworks, maintaining consistency in messaging, positioning, and customer experience across markets.
- Serve as a trusted marketing partner to regional sales leaders and product specialists, aligning marketing plans and investments to business priorities and driving marketing's contribution to pipeline growth and revenue performance.
- Work in close partnership with the North America Regional Marketing Manager to coordinate priorities, share insights, support programme delivery, and ensure a consistent marketing approach across the region.
- Influence and coordinate stakeholders across global and regional teams to ensure effective execution and alignment with strategic business objectives.
Performance & Optimisation
- Monitor and report on marketing performance, including pipeline contribution, lead quality, conversion, engagement, event performance, and ROI.
- Analyse campaign and programme results to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Use data and insights to make recommendations, optimise marketing investment, and continuously improve programme effectiveness.
- Maintain an agile approach, adjusting plans and tactics in response to business priorities, market changes, and performance outcomes.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance, including pipeline contribution, lead quality, conversion, engagement, event performance, and ROI.
